Bulky waste refers to discarded items that weigh more than 5 kilograms, have a volume greater than 0.2 cubic meters, or exceed a length of 1 meter, and require disassembly before reuse or processing due to their overall integrity. Definition of bulky waste: It generally includes old sofas, mattresses, furniture, garden waste, industrial pallets, renovation debris, and other large solid wastes that are difficult to collect, transport, and recycle.
